Refund policy
At 3200 BC, we take great care in hand-picking and shipping products you'll adore. But in case you need to exchange or return a product, please read our detailed policy below:
1. Product Categories
We sell two categories of products:
- Ready to Dispatch
- Made to Order
Both categories have different return and exchange policies, explained below.
2. Ready to Dispatch Products
- Eligibility & Timeline
- Return or exchange requests should be made within 48 hours of receipt.
- The product should not be used, remain in the original packaging, and be returned in the same state.
- Video Proof Required
- There is a parcel opening video requirement to claim damages, defects, or missing content.
- Returns
- 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Shipping back the product is the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds are given only as store credits.
- Return processing can take a week from the time we receive the product.
- Exchanges
- Re-shipping fees will apply.
- Exchanges will be subject to quality inspection, and we may reject any exchange or return on the basis of our inspection.
- A return or exchange on an item that has already been exchanged will be considered only after a rigorous quality check.
3. Not Eligible for Returns/Exchanges
- Seasonal or promotional sale purchase items.
- Goods damaged because of incorrect handling, installation, or usage.
- Delayed or non-delivery due to improper address provided by the customer. Re-shipping will be charged in these instances.
