Product Categories & Shipping Timelines
1. Ready to Dispatch Products
- These are ready to ship products and are available in stock.
- Dispatch Timeline: Within 24 hours from order confirmation.
Delivery Timeline:
- Standard Shipping: 4-5 weeks
- Express Shipping: 3-4 weeks
- Express shipping is subject to an extra charge and may depend on order quantity and delivery PIN code.
2. Made to Order Products
- These products are individually made as per order.
- Dispatch Timeline: Within 4 weeks from date of confirmation of order
Delivery Timeline:
- Standard Shipping: 4-5 weeks
- Express Shipping: 3-4 weeks
- Please understand that Made to Order items take time for production and quality checks prior to dispatching.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping is provided free of cost on prepaid orders only for all domestic orders.
- Express Shipping is offered for orders up to ₹7,000 with a variable charge depending on cart value and PIN code.
- Express shipments are managed through premium courier partners and dispatched through air transport, making 70% of express orders reach the destination within 1–2 days.
4. Damaged Packages
If your order is received with damaged product or packaging, contact us right away at hello@3200bc.com or WhatsApp us at +91-7668895179. A parcel opening video is required to process a claim.
5. Third-Party Logistics
All our shipping operations are managed by trusted third-party logistics providers, ensuring timely and professional deliveries across India and abroad.
