We accept replacement or refund requests for defective items within 7 days of delivery. All products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds or exchanges are only processed for verified manufacturing defects.
Returns/exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or for discounted/sale items. For home pickups, refunds will be issued once the item is received at our warehouse (may take up to 45 days, depending on location). Items damaged after delivery or not in original condition will not be eligible.
